This project consisted of a topographic survey for design purposes as well as full civil engineering services for the classroom and parking lot expansion. Red Plains provided the conceptual site design and all civil engineering design of grading, drainage, storm water detention, paving, and water distribution along with a pollution prevention / erosion control plan. This project consisted of topographic surveying as well as full civil engineering services for the parking lot expansion. Red Plains prepared and made all necessary preliminary investigations, studies, reports, and preliminary general plans and specifications. We also provided an estimate of the construction costs of said improvements and an estimate of all testing costs, right-of-way, and inspection fees in connection therewith. This project consisted of planning, surveying, and full civil engineering services for the entire 20-acre church property. Our engineers were involved with the client from the beginning providing assistance during initial planning. Red Plains was responsible for the civil engineering of the original Parish Hall, the main church, and also the planning for the Catholic School.
