As a Hoopa Tribal Member, Mr. Hostler has always had a passion for Tribal Self-Determination and Self-Governance, so becoming a Project Manager for Red Plains in the Tribal Transportation Program was a logical next step in his career. Since entering Tribal Government in 2005, Mike has found that developing healthy, positive relationships, both with the client and externally with project stakeholders, is a key component to the success of any project. His positive communication style leads him to develop a team atmosphere through open minded discussions geared toward creating consensus and cooperation. Mike brings a unique perspective as a Project Manager due to his experience gained by working in various Tribal Government positions. This allows him to foresee obstacles, come up with creative and common sense solutions, and drive projects forward to positive outcomes for all involved.
